| The
APACS Annual Meeting/Conference provides professional
development and networking for statewide STEP/CSTEP
staff to expand their project development skills, their
working knowledge of successful model programs and program
components. The conference consists of hands-on workshops,
seminars, demonstrations, training, and scholarly presentations.
These activities provide staff members with information,
models, skills and techniques that may be replicated
and adapted for use by individual STEP/CSTEP programs.

Association for Program Administrators of CSTEP &
STEP (APACS), Inc. is pleased to announce the 13th APACS
Annual Meeting/Conference, to be held June 6-8th, 2012
at the Marriott Hotel in Albany, New York.
The annual
APACS Conference/ Meeting is an outstanding professional
development experience for professionals who have been
charged to prepare minority students entering STEM fields
and the licensed professions. APACS Conference brings
together more than 150 professionals. The Conference
Committee have created a one-stop source for education,
information, and inspiration, which will allow you to
benchmark the best practices of professionals, organizations,
grant initiatives, and more from across the nation to
achieve excellence. By networking with others throughout
the state and nation, all attendees have the opportunity
to learn better practices and implement them in their
own programs and institutions.
We look forward to seeing you in Albany and we are confident
you will find the workshops, speakers and activities
to be useful, interesting and beneficial.
